The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is located approximately 24 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The hotel does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but a range of services offering travelers transportation to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is available. Estimated price for a one way airport transfer is $65 - $85 per sedan or SUV, including gratuity.

When calling to make your reservation, please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Radiology MSK Imaging: Excellence Through Clinical Collaboration course. Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made by September 7, 2022, but will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. Our contracted block dates are September 28 – October 1. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess will be happy to extend the program rates, three days prior and three days after the contracted dates, based on availability of Fairmont Standard Rooms. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

A charge of $30.00 per person, per night will be added to the folio for each guest over double occupancy. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share the room with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room: four (4).

Please note that service charges are not included in the above room rates. There is an additional mandatory $12.00 per person charge to cover round trip porterage and a $2.00 per person, per day, housekeeping services charge. These charges are separate and distinct from the room rate and from taxes.

Cancelation policy: To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least (30) thirty days prior to scheduled arrival. 

A daily resort service charge is optional for MSK Imaging course attendees and it’s subject to change. Individual group guests will have the opportunity to select to receive a bundle of added values, and will not automatically be charged a daily resort fee. Should you wish to select a daily resort fee at a cost of $42 plus tax, you will receive the following amenities:

• Unlimited premium Internet access in guest rooms and resort public areas, wireless and wired.
• Unlimited local, domestic, long-distance (contiguous 48 states) and 1-800 access calls from your guest room.
• Access to 24-hour Fairmont Fitness Center with your room key.
• Half day access to Trailblazers Kids Club for up to three children (lunch fee additional). For children ages 5-12.
• $25 Well & Being credit toward a body or facial treatment per paid night, valid once per day. Spa treatments receive access to Well & Being Spa amenities for the day, including: co-ed waterfall treatment pool, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy lounge, private rooftop pool and more (credit not cumulative and valid once per day)
• On-site transportation service (guest rooms, restaurants, spa, pools, and meeting spaces).
• Shuttle transportation service to and from Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk golf courses (for individual guests use and not for organized group movements).
• Courtesy fishing pole rental for Lagoon fishing *unavailable during Christmas at the Princess.
• Preferred TPC Scottsdale rates and tee times.
• Golf bag storage at the resort.
• Complimentary business services offered at front desk (printing, photocopying, and faxing of documents for guest personal use).

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
