COVID Attendance Requirements and Guidelines - revised March 29, 2022

Mayo Clinic is closely monitoring COVID-19 prevalence and may adjust live course attendance limits as necessitated by CDC, public health and other relevant guidelines.

Please review all applicable state and local COVID-19 travel restrictions, guidance, and resources before traveling to your course destination.

Attendees are asked to comply with all live course and conference requirements and guidelines below.

Requirements and Guidelines for Live (In-Person) Course and Conference Attendees

  • Masking is recommended but not required.
  • For meetings with 50 or more attendees, COVID-19 testing attestations will be required:
    • Attendees must complete COVID-19 testing and provide attestation at course check-in that a negative test was received within 72 hours or less of the event start date.
      OR -
    • provide attestation that a lab-confirmed positive COVID-19 test result was received within the previous 90 days, that it has been at least 10 days since the positive test, and that you are currently asymptomatic.
  • Food and beverage may be consumed in education spaces.
  • Social distancing is no longer required.

Requirements and guidelines are in effect until further notice and may be amended as CDC, public health and other relevant guidance are adjusted.
