Just 35 minutes from downtown Honolulu on Oahu's sunny western shore, our beachfront Resort is edged to the north by the pristine nature preserve of Lanikuhonua ("where heaven meets the earth") and to the south by four lovely beach coves, known as the Ko Olina Lagoons.  We're just a short walk to the award-winning Ko Olina Golf Club and a few-minutes drive to the Ko Olina Marina, Hawaii's only private deep-draft marina - where you can set off for fishing, sailing and whale-watching expeditions.  With an abundance of things to do both on land and in the water, your're guaranteed to find your very own Ko olin a - or "place of joy".

The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is about 20 miles (30 minutes) from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). While the resort doesn't offer free airport shuttle service, you can choose from various transportation options, including taxis and rentals. Most major car rental companies operate at the airport.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates.  Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.  In order to receive these special rates, reservations must by made on or before Wednesday, December 11 and will be based on availability.  Reservations made after this date will be based on space and rate availability.

Please note that taxes are not included in the above mentioned rates. Additionally, an extra $100 fee will apply for any third adult occupying a room. 

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel's reservations department directly at 844-387-0308. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic 2025 Radiation Oncology Course when making your reservation.  To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, December 11, 2024, and will be based on availability. IMPORTANT for 2025: The special group rate is offered Sunday, January 5 to Sunday, January 12, 2025.  The Four Seasons Oahu will be happy to extend the group rate three days after the contracted dates, based on availability.   

Guarantee on each reservation shall be in the form of an advance deposit for the payment of the first and second night's room and tax with major credit card.  Individual reservations cancelled between 20 to 8 days prior to arrival will forfeit the two-night deposit.  Individual reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged for their entire stay.  Please note that it is not unusual for the hotel to be fully booked by November. Early reservations are HIGHLY encouraged to avoid disappointment. 

The maximum guest room occupancy is (2) two adults and (2) minors (18 years and younger).  The resort will apply a daily US $100 plus tax for the (3rd) adult in the room.  Maximum is (3) three adults in each room. 

The daily resort fee has been waived and includes:

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
