Registration Overview

Mayo Clinic Attendees:

CME Course Registration (November 4):  $200​​​​​​

Retreat Registration (November 5-6):

• Radiology Attendees:  No fee
• Non-Radiology Attendees:  $500 (includes November 5 Evening Reception admission)

Evening Reception (November 5):

• Included with Retreat registration
• CME Course only attendee ($85 per person)
• Guest or Reception-only  ($85 per person)

Non-Mayo Clinic Attendees: For those external to Mayo Clinic wishing to attend, please reach out to Maggie Hodge at Hodge.Margaret@mayo.edu.

The registration fee may include, depending on the option selected: 

• CME course access and applicable course materials
• Retreat programming and related retreat activities, including breakfast, lunch and break refreshments 
• Evening reception admission for paid Retreat attendees 

Although it is not Department of Radiology CME policy to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment: therefore, early registration is advised. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration form.

Evening Reception
As part of the 2026 Enterprise Radiology Artificial Intelligence Subcommittee Retreat, we are pleased to invite registered attendees to join us for the Evening Reception on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM. This event will include hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and a chance to connect with colleagues and guests in a relaxed and beautiful setting. You are welcome to bring a guest (additional fee applies).  Pre-registration is included as part of the course registration form.

Registration Cancellation
If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office on or before October 22, 2026 (radiologycme@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made after October 22, 2026. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable. NO SHOW POLICY: This course is intended to be a live learning experience. If you do not attend this course on-site as a live learner, you will not be allowed access to the materials/lectures during or after the course. No refunds will be given for no-show registrants.
