General Session Location (Salons 1-4):
Upon entering the Lobby from Valet, walk past the Front Desk and take the Grand Staircase on your right down to the First Floor.  Once at the bottom of the staircase, walk through the Foyer to Salons 1-4.  The registration table will be located in the Foyer.

Lodging Accommodations

To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to June 10, 2022. Reservations will be made after this date based on space and rate availability.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in.  Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability.  

All reservations must be accompanied by a two night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual reservations must be modified or canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay of the reservation. No-show reservations are charged the full length of stay of the reservation.

The reduced daily resort fee is $25 per room per night and includes:

• Wireless high speed internet access in rooms and common areas (value of $19.95 per room, per night)
• Local telephone calls in Southern California
• 24-hour computer access to the Private Business Centers
• Daily Yoga and Pilates classes on the lawn overlooking the Pacific Ocean
• Individual guest use of The Ritz-Carlton Spa’s sauna and steam rooms
• Shuttle service to and from Salt Creek Beach on an individual guest request basis (not applicable to group transfers)
• Access to resort’s Beach Butler Service and use of beach recreation equipment including fins, towel service, umbrellas, and beach chairs
• Unlimited use of the Tennis Courts including rackets. Tournament and clinic fees are additional
• Preferred golf tee-times at Monarch Beach Golf Links, including shuttle service and golf bag storage on an individual guest request basis. (not applicable to group transfers)
• Participation in the resort’s scheduled “Garden” and “Connect the Dots” Eco-Adventure Tour (once daily)

PORTERAGE STAFF CHARGE
A $15.00 Porterage Staff Charge per person, round trip, plus any applicable taxes are applied to luggage services.

Room Attendant Staff Charge: $5.00 per day, per room
Golf Bag Handling Staff Charge: $5.00 per bag
In-room Deliveries Staff Charge $5.00 per room
Under-the-door Deliveries Staff Charge: $3.00 per room

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Several rental car companies service the area and are available through counters at airport terminals or can be arranged by the hotel Concierge Desk.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking

Hotel Guest: Overnight valet parking is offered at a reduced rate of $25 per car, per night.  Day use parking is offered at a reduced rate of $20 per day for guests not staying overnight at the hotel.  Self-parking is not available.

Non-registered guests attending the conference:  There is not a self-parking lot; it is valet parking only.  Inform the valet that you are with Mayo Clinic, and you will be charged the reduced rate of $20 per day by the hotel for valet parking.
