Overview:
The course will cover musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, cardiovascular, and breast MRI, and include additional topics such as interventional MRI, PET/MRI, MR Safety, Imaging Patients with Implanted Devices, and considerations in pediatric MRI.
We would like to invite Mayo trainees to submit and display posters in the pre-function meeting space for the duration of the course. Posters will be printed on approximately 2 x 3 foot foam boards and displayed on easels in the breakfast/meeting break area. The small size will necessitate focused discussion. We ask that all posters are printed in Rochester by Media Support Services ahead of the meeting and we will transport them. We will accept previously presented material.
Submission Deadline and Instructions:
Abstract submissions are due by August 21, 2026, and can be submitted via email to rice.chalyn@mayo.edu.

Selection, Notification and Scholarship:
A review committee will evaluate poster abstracts based on the following criteria: scientific content, novelty, writing quality, and overall scientific merit. Notification of poster acceptance will be made via email by September 2, 2026. Additional information will also be sent at this time including information on how to print posters.
For abstracts selected as poster presentations, scholarships will be offered to help with the course registration fee. Accepted submissions will be given a $495 scholarship which will reduce the registration fee to $800. All presenters are still required to register for the meeting but will be given a special registration code which identifies the scholarship amount. The presenter will be responsible for arranging travel and lodging working through the Radiology Education office for trip approval.
Questions: Any questions regarding abstract submissions can be directed to the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office at 866-246-1581 or rice.chalyn@mayo.edu.
