Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel with a special course rate of $325 per night for Garden/Pool View Guest Rooms.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability. The reduced daily resort fee is $15 per room per night and includes internet access in guestrooms; access to the ocean view fitness center; access to the sauna and steam rooms in The Spa; use of hotel's beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards based on availability; 2 bottled waters per guest room per day; shuttle to/from Salt Creek Beach; and  Monarch Beach Golf Link.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-266-6065 and referencing the "Mayo Clinic - Guestroom Block" or by using this link: https://book.passkey.com/go/MayoClinicDiagnostic2019. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to June 21, 2019. Reservations will be made after this date based on space and rate availability.  We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

All reservations must be accompanied by a two night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay of the reservation.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Several rental car companies service the area and are available through counters at airport terminals or can be arranged by the hotel Concierge Desk.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking

Hotel Guest: Overnight valet parking is offered at a rate of $20 per car, per night.  Day use parking is offered at a rate of $15 per day for guests not staying overnight at the hotel.  Self-parking is not available.

Non-registered guests attending the conference:  There is not a self-parking lot, valet only.  Let the Valet know you are with Mayo Clinic and you will be charged $15 per day by the hotel for valet parking.
