Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua with a special course rate of $399 per night for Run of House.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.  

There is a reduced daily resort fee of $5 per room, per night, plus tax which includes guestroom internet, in-room coffee, local and toll-free telephone calls, 24-hour access to the fitness center, discounted golf fees and preferred tee times at The Bay and The Plantation Golf Courses, and shuttle transportation to and from the West Maui Airport and throughout the Kapalua Resort.

Reservations can be made by calling 800-262-8440.  Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Radiation Oncology Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Tuesday, November 21, 2017, and will be based on availability. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. The hotel is selling out of rooms on January 6th and 7th but currently has availibility starting on January 8th and for the rest of the week. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

A two night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking.  Individual room cancellation must be received 21 days prior to avoid penalty of all nights reserved.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is situated on the northwestern tip of the island of Maui.  The resort is 45-60 minutes from the Kahului Airport (OGG).  Taxi service, private transportation, and shared airport shuttle service are all available from the Kahului Airport (OGG).  To make a transportation request via The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, contact the concierge desk at 808- 665-7089 or concierge@rckapalua.com.

Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
