The JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America is located approximately 5.7 miles from the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport (MSP). The JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but a range of services offering travelers transportation to and from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is available.

Airport taxi service is available by calling 612-888-8000.  Estimated taxi fare is $15 USD one way. Limousine, van and shuttle services, and car rental companies all operate at MSP. Public transportation is available through Metro Transit, which provides both Light Rail Transit and public bus service within the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

The special group rates are offered when checking in on October 5 and checking out on October 8, based on availability. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-228-9290 or 612-615-0100. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Breast Imaging Review Course when making your reservation. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Thursday, September 14, 2017 and will be based on availability. Reservations will be taken based on space and rate availability.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Valet parking is available for $25 for overnight and $10 for event parking. Self-parking is also available, based on availability, for $15. All parking availability is subject to change.
