In addition, most major rental car companies operate just a short walk from the airport terminal. Please note that traffic flow in Grand Cayman is left-hand traffic, and traffic must keep to the left side of the road. An International Driver’s Permit (IDP) is not required.

Taxi cabs are also available; a one-way fare to The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is approximately $35.00. Rates are subject to change.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates:

• Resort Tower: $309 per night
• Ocean Front: $399 per night

The maximum number of people per guest room is three adults or two adults and two children. A maximum of two children under the age of eighteen per room is complimentary. Please note that taxes are not included in the above mentioned rates. In addition to the room rate, there is a 10% service fee per day. The service fee includes round trip baggage handling and room attendant.

Please note that there is a daily resort fee of $40.00 per room. The resort fee includes high speed wireless internet in guest rooms, use of the fitness center, use of water sport toys including kayaks, standing paddle boards, snorkel gear, etc., valet parking as well as many more services and amenities. 

Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-241-3333 and referencing the Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology course. Reservations can also be made through the online group reservations system at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/MayoClinic16. The special group rates apply 3 days prior and 3 days post-course, based on availability. Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, October 12, 2016, in order to be eligible for the group rates. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
