Run of House: $499 per night
Peak View: $595 per night  

The above rates are per room, per night, plus tax and are based on single/double occupancy. There is also a reduced daily resort fee of  $26.00 which includes round trip bellman gratuities, daily housekeeping gratuities, high speed internet in guest rooms, and access to Spa Montage including Wellness center and select fitness classes. Additional upgraded room categories may be available at a discounted rate for the group.  Rates will be confirmed at the time of inquiry, based on availability. Reservations can be made by calling 435-604-1301. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, December 20, 2017, and will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

The following is the hotel's deposit and cancelation policy:

• 1 nights deposit is due at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
• Any cancellation outside of 45 days will have no penalty
• Any cancellation on or within 45 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of room and tax

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel and Ground Transportation

Montage Deer Valley is located 36 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.  

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

Valet parking is $34 per car, per day. Rates are subject to change. Self-parking is not available.

Please note that Montage Deer Valley is located on a mountain that is skiing only and does not allow snowboarding. Snowboarding is availalbe a short ride away at Park City Mountain. The Montage has shuttles that run back and forth to Park City Mountain.
