Lodging Accommodations
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler with a special course rate.

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology 2020 Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, January 22, 2020, and will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability.
Our contracted block dates are February 20 – February 29, however some of these dates may already be sold out at the group rate. Please check directly with the Four Seasons for availability and rates. Reservations made outside of these dates are likely to be higher than the group rate. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
Sleeping room rates are based on one or two adults per room. A charge of $50.00 per room per night will be assessed for a third adult, plus applicable taxes and fees. No additional charge for children under the age of 18 in parents’ room. Resort King Rooms and Superior Rooms can only hold a maximum of 2 adults per room. Should there be a request for a 3rd adult, a Deluxe Room with the pull out sofa will be necessary.
Porterage charges have been established at $12.00 plus 5% GST, per person, round trip, based on a group arrival of 10 or more rooms. Housekeeping suggested gratuity is $5.00 plus 5% GST per room, per day for the Hotel’s Room Attendants. Suggested Concierge Ski Gratuity is $2.50 plus 5% GST per room, per day.
Room rates include complimentary access to the outdoor heated pool, whirlpool hot tubs, eucalyptus steam rooms and 24 hour access to fitness facilities. All Group Room Rates are subject to all applicable taxes and fees. Currently total combined tax on room rates is 16% and are subject to change. There is no resort fee.

- All guest rooms must be guaranteed at time of reservation with a major credit card.
- All guest rooms will be held for late arrival, if guaranteed.
- A deposit of room and tax for the full stay will be taken thirty (30) days prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation, a notice must be received by the Resort thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival for the deposit to be refunded. In the event the deposit is not received within the time limit stated, the deposit is nonrefundable.
- Early departures will be charged full room revenue.
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Travel and Ground Transportation
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is located 84 miles from the Vancouver International Airport, which services most national and international airlines and is the main airport servicing Whistler. While the hotel does not offer shuttle service, a myriad of transportation options are available to view here. There also is a shuttle available from the Vancouber Iinternational airport, YVR Whistler SkyLynx.
Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Parking
Overnight Valet parking charges have been established at $29.00 per car, per night plus 5% GST. Hourly parking for guests is $5.00 per car, per hour, plus 5% GST.
Recreation/Leisure Activities 
SKIING - When it comes to skiing and riding, Whistler Blackcomb offers variety. More than 3,237 hectares (8,000 acres) of skiable terrain on two side-by-side mountains. Choose from steeps, deeps, chutes, high alpine bowls, glades, superb corduroy, long cruisers and gentle rollers. Riders and skiers will revel in the Parks and Pipes on Blackcomb, the World Cup Superpipe, plus natural launch pads, hits, wind-lips, cornices, cliff drops and ridges – the place is like a huge natural terrain park.
More than 28 kilometres (17.5 miles) of track-set cross-country trails wind through scenic trails located around Lost Lake and the Callaghan Valley. Cross-country ski trail maps, lessons and rental equipment information are available from the Ski Concierge.

A dedicated Ski Concierge is available to simplify your activities on the mountain, providing customised rentals, equipment transfers and direct ski lift access. Arrive at the Ski Concierge and be welcomed and presented with dry boots, skis/boards, poles and other equipment such as helmets. For ease and convenience, enjoy transportation between the Resort and the Ski Concierge, and from the Ski Concierge to the base of Whistler Mountain.
