The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui, is Hawaii’s only all-suite and villa oceanfront resort. The resort rests gracefully on the white sands of Polo Beach in Wailea and offers an authentic Hawaiian cultural experience. Each suite features a living room with sofa bed, full entertainment system, and deep soaking tub. Suites also allow guests to enjoy the tropical landscape on their own private lanais (patios). The Fairmont Kea Lani is located close to Wailea’s three championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, and boutique shopping. This resort also offers a full activities program.

The special group rate is offered January 10, 2019 through January 20, 2019 based on availability. Each reservation requires a two (2) night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Please note that service charges are not included in the above rate. Porterage and housekeeping gratuities are at the individual’s discretion, but $12 per person, round trip is recommended for porterage, and $3 per suite per day is recommended for housekeeping. There is no charge for an extra person sharing a room and no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per one-bedroom suite. Taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

The Fairmont Kea Lani charges a reduced daily $15 resort fee that includes: valet and self-parking, shuttle service within the Wailea area; cultural activities including the Hawaiian Canoe Experience (advanced reservations required); daily basic internet access; in-suite bottled water; use of the fitness center and Inspire Your Energy daily fitness classes; 1-hour snorkel equipment rental (2 sets per suite, per day); Keiki Lani Kids Club; boarding pass printing and internet use in the hotel's Business Cener; and any local, domestic long distance and 1-800 access calls.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo Clinic School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The Fairmont Kea Lani is located approximately 17 miles (30 minutes) from the Kahului Airport (OGG). The Fairmont Kea Lani does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Eight major rental car companies are represented at the Kahului Airport and are located just past the end of the baggage claim area. Avis Car Rental is also available on-site at the Fairmont Kea Lani. A oneway taxi fare to the Fairmont Kea Lani is approximately $70, and one-way private sedan fares accommodating up to 3 people begin at $269 USD. Rates are subject to change.
