Wailea is a beautiful resort community nestled at the base of Haleakala and is distinguished by five beautiful, crescent-shaped beaches.

The Fairmont Kea Lani is located approximately 17 miles (30 minutes) from the Kahului Airport (OGG). The Fairmont Kea Lani does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Eight major rental car companies are represented at the Kahului Airport and are located just past the end of the baggage claim area. Avis Car Rental is also available on-site at the Fairmont Kea Lani. A oneway taxi fare to the Fairmont Kea Lani is approximately $70, and one-way private sedan fares accommodating up to 3 people begin at $269 USD. Rates are subject to change.

The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui is Hawaii’s only all-suite and villa oceanfront resort. The resort rests gracefully on the white sands of Polo Beach in Wailea and offers an authentic Hawaiian cultural experience. Each suite features a living room with sofa bed, full entertainment system, and deep soaking tub. Suites also allow guests to enjoy the tropical landscape on their own private lanais (patios). The Fairmont Kea Lani is located close to Wailea’s three championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, and boutique shopping. This resort also offers a full activities program.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui, with a special course rate of $455 per night for Run of House Suites.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults or 4 people per one-bedroom suite. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Each extra person beyond double occupancy sharing a suite will be charged an additional $50 per adult, per night.

Please note that taxes are not included in the above mentioned rates. Also please note that there is an additional $12.00 per person plus applicable  tax charge to cover round trip porterage and a $3.00 per suite, per day plus applicable tax charge and $11.00 per villa, per day plus applicable tax charge for housekeeping services. These mandatory charges are separate and distinct from the room rate and room taxes and are subject to change.

The Fairmont Kea Lani also charges a reduced $20 daily resort fee that includes: self-parking for 1 vehicle per suite or villa; shuttle service within Wailea area; daily basic internet access; any local, domestic long distance and 1-800 access calls; in-suite bottled waters; access to Fairmont Fitness Center and daily Inspire Your Energy fitness classes; 1-hour snorkel equipment rental (2 sets per suite per day); Keiki Lani Kids program; and cultural activities including the Hawaiian Canoe Experience (advanced reservations required).

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Tutorials in Diagnostic Radiology 2022 course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made by Tuesday, December 7, 2021, and will be based on availability. The special group rate is offered January 6, 2022 through January 16, 2022 based on availability. Each reservation requires a two (2) night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo Clinic School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking

The Fairmont Kea Lani offers overnight valet parking for $30 per night per car. Self-parking (1 vehicle per suite or villa) is included in the $20 daily resort charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
