Lodging Accommodations

The Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area is located in Downtown Rochester, approximately two blocks from Mayo Clinic. Check In/Check Out:  Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.  All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. 

Cancellation:  Should you need to cancel your reservation, a phone call to the hotel is required. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation penalties may apply. 

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

Hilton Valet Parking: A daily $34 charge for valet parking will be added to the guest room folio for guest parking. For the valet fee, guests are permitted to leave and reenter the parking facility without additional charge. No Self parking is available. 

Hilton Garden Inn Parking: A daily $25 charge for valet parking will be added to the guest room folio for guest parking. A daily $18 charge will be added to the guet room folio for all guests parking in the city-parking ramp nearby the hotel (3rd Street Parking Ramp). For both these parking options, guests are permitted to leave and reenter the parking facility without additional charge.

Parking rates are subject to change.  Self parking is also available in city and Mayo patient/visitor ramps. The cost for parking is not included in the registration fee.

Travel

Rochester, Minnesota is a friendly city that greets thousands of visitors from around the world each year. The city is serviced by a modern international airport with multiple flights daily via American, Delta and United Airlines. Access to and from the airport is provided by taxi, shuttle service, and rental car. The airport is located approximately 10 miles from the Mayo Clinic campus.

Note to Travelers: Several cities in the United States are named Rochester. When you make airline reservations and check your baggage, please be sure that your destination is Rochester, Minnesota (RST) and that your baggage has been properly tagged. Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located approximately 82 miles from Rochester.  The Hiltons do not offer free shuttle service, but the following shuttle services offer multiple trips daily:
