Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort is located approximately 21 miles (30 minutes) from the Orlando Airport (MCO). The Four Seasons Resort Orlando does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Ten major rental car companies are represented at Orlando Airport and are located in Terminal A and Terminal B on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). A one-way taxi fare to the Four Seasons Orlando is approximately $70, and a one-way private sedan fare ranges from $85 to $110 USD. Rates are subject to change.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Unfortunately, our hotel block at the Four Seasons is fully committed. We do have a waitlist for the Four Seasons, however, we have secured a limited overflow room block at The Ritz Carlton Orlando.

Resort guestrooms are subject to a discounted $30.00 daily resort fee in effect at the time of check in.  This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include:  Enhanced high speed guest room internet for up to six devices, mountain bike rental at Grande Lakes Sports (two bikes, one hour per day, per room), driving range privileges, two pool floats at the JW Marriott lazy river pool, two welcome beverages per room, Tennis Court access (one hour, per day, per room), Fitness Center classes (one per day, per room) and a $50 print credit towards any photography concierge package.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Four Seasons Parking

On-site valet parking is available for a daily fee of $25 or overnight for a fee of $30. Self-parking is not offered. These rates are subject to change.

Golf – The Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons Resort Orlando is named to reflect the Spanish revival style of the Resort, and pay homage to the Florida landscape, such as the Southern Live Oak trees that are found throughout the course.
