The JW Marriott does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but a range of services offering travelers transportation to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is available. Estimated taxi fare is $40 USD one way. On-site car rentals are offered by Hertz or by calling 480-948-8450.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate:
Resort Casitas: $265 per night

When calling to make your reservation, please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Radiology MSK 2021 Course. Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, September 1, 2021 and will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. Our contracted block dates are September 22 – September 26. Reservations made outside of these dates are likely to be higher than the group rate. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancelation policy: To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least (7) seven days prior to scheduled arrival. 

The JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa also charges a mandatory reduced $20 + tax daily resort fee that includes:

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
