Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess with special course rates:
Run of House: $325 per night

The above rates are based on single, double, triple, and quad occupancy.  The applicable state/city sales tax will be added to the room rate.  Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability.  There is no resort fee. Maid and Bellman gratuities are being absorbed by the hotel.  However, for group arrivals/departures of 10 people or more per vehicle, there is an additional $12.00 per person, charge to cover round trip porterage.  Children under the age of 18 will stay complimentary.  High speed internet is complimentary in guest rooms.

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic 3D Printing course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Friday, February 17, 2017, and will be based on availability.  Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability.  Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is located 30-35 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  The hotel does NOT provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available.  Several rental car companies serve the Scottsdale area.  

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

The self-parking fee has been waived for meeting attendees.  Overnight valet parking is $20 per car, per night.  Parking charges are subject to change.
