The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is located approximately 10 miles from the Orlando Airport (MCO). The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Ten major rental car companies are represented at Orlando Airport and are located in Terminal A and Terminal B on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). Transportation is available for $61 USD from the airport to the hotel and $46 USD from the hotel to the airport. Please contact the Concierge at (407) 393-4060 for more information regarding transportation options. If calling to make your reservation, please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Body MRI 2022 course. Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Friday, September 30, 2022 and will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. Our contracted block dates are Saturday, October 22 – Sunday, October 30, 2022. The group rate will be honored three (3) days pre and post event dates, based on group room availability. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

Resort guestrooms are subject to a discounted $30.00 daily resort fee in effect at the time of check in. This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include:

• Enhanced high speed guest room internet for up to six devices
• Mountain bike rental at Grande Lakes Sports (two bikes, one hour per day, per room)
• Driving range privileges
• Two pool floats at the JW Marriott lazy river pool
• Two welcome beverages per room
• Tennis Court access (one hour, per day, per room)
• Fitness Center classes (one per day, per room) and a $50 print credit towards any photography concierge package.

Currently, porterage gratuities are $14.00 per person round trip, and housekeeping gratuities are $5.00 per day. These fees are subject to change without notice and will be at the individual guests’ discretion.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancelation policy: To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least (7) seven days prior to scheduled arrival. 

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

On-site valet parking is available for a discounted daily fee of $35 plus applicable taxes. Self-parking is not offered. These rates are subject to change.
