Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.41666%) in effect at the time of check in. The special group rate will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability.

There is a reduced daily resort fee of $5 per room, per night, plus tax which includes guestroom internet, in-room coffee, local and toll-free telephone calls, 24-hour access to the fitness center, discounted golf fees and preferred tee times at The Bay and The Plantation Golf Courses, and shuttle transportation to and from the West Maui Airport and throughout the Kapalua Resort.

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Diagnostic Imaging Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Friday, June 15, 2018, and will be based on availability. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.

A two night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Individual room cancellation must be received 14 days prior to avoid penalty of all nights reserved.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is situated on the northwestern tip of the island of Maui. The resort is 45-60 minutes from the Kahului Airport (OGG). Taxi service, private transportation, and shared airport shuttle service are all available from the Kahului Airport (OGG). Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
