Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.  All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to the applicable State and Hotel accommodations tax per room per night.  For additional persons 19 years and older, a $75.00 charge per night is applied.  There are a maximum four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room.

The daily resort fee has been waived. It includes traditional amenities you expect, plus new offerings including self-parking, complimentary Wi-FI, two complimentary refillable water bottles, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls, 24-hour access to the Anara Spa fitness center, fitness and yoga classes at Anara Spa, entertainment and hula at Seaview Terrace, one hour tennis court time daily (reservations required, equipment rental available), and many more amenities.

In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, December 12, 2018, and will be based on rate availability. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. There are only a few rooms available at the hotel, please book as soon as possible.

A two night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking.  Porterage service charges are currently established at $11.50 per person, round trip, plus applicable taxes.  This rate is based on two (2) bags per person.  

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Travel and Ground Transportation

Grand Hyatt Kauai is located on the sunny south shore of the island and easily accessible from the Lihue Airport.  The resort is 30 minutes (15 miles) from the Lihue Airport.  Taxi service, private transportation, and shared airport shuttle service are all available from the Lihue Airport.  

All major rental car companies are represented in Kauai.  An Avis car rental desk is available in the lobby of the resort.  

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
