Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.  

There is a reduced daily resort fee of $10 per room, per night, plus tax which includes:

The special group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability. Maximum guestroom capacity is 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  Children 18 years and under traveling with an adult are complimentary when sharing the same room as the parents and using existing bedding with a maximum of 4 persons per room.  Existing bedding consists of (1) king size or (1) queen size with one (1) double.  Rollaways are $25.00 per night based on availability.  Third and fourth person charges will apply in Standard/Suite and Regency Club guestrooms as follows:  

• 3rd person, standard/Suite rooms: $80.00 per room, per night
• 3rd person, Regency Club rooms: $130.00 per room, per night
• 4th person, standard/Suite rooms: $160.00 per room, per night
• 4th person, Regency Club rooms: $260.00 per room, per night

To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Friday, December 17, 2021, and will be based on availability.  If you require a hotel room after December 17, 2021, please contact the CME office ASAP at radiologycme@mayo.edu.  In addition to the Hyatt Regency Maui the CME office has secured courtesy blocks at the nearby Sheraton Maui and The Westin Maui for rooms starting at $385/night. 

Porterage Service Charges:  Porterage charges are mandatory per Hotel's union contract for all groups, and are currently established at $13.50 per person, round trip, plus applicable taxes which are subject to change.  This rate is based on two (2) bags per person.  A portion of the service charge is being used to pay for costs or expenses other than wages and tips of employees.  Attendees may provide an additional tip to Hotel's staff.  Porterage fees will be posted to your folio and must be settled upon departure from Hotel.

Housekeeping Gratuities:  Housekeeping gratuities are up to the individual's discretion.  $2.50 per day is recommended for housekeeping gratuity.  All housekeeping gratuities are distributed to those members of Hotel's staff servicing Group's attendees.  

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  To avoid a two-night fee, cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The resort is 28.5 miles (44 minutes) from the Kahului Airport (OGG).  Taxi service, private transportation, car rental companies, and SpeediShuttle service are all available from the Kahului Airport (OGG).  

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
