Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at the Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui, with a special course rate.

NOTE: Radiology CME kindly requests attendees to limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our CME office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms should you need more than one room.  

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic 2027 Tutorials in Diagnostic Radiology course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made by Thursday, December 16, 2026, and will be based on availability. Reservations made after this date will be based on space and rate availability. The special group rate is offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the course start date based on availability. Each reservation requires a two (2) night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults or 4 people per one-bedroom suite. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Each extra person beyond double occupancy sharing a suite will be charged an additional $50 per adult, per night.

Please note that taxes are not included in the above mentioned rates. Also please note that there is an additional $12.00 per person plus applicable  tax charge to cover round trip porterage and a $3.00 per suite, per day plus applicable tax charge and $11.00 per villa, per day plus applicable tax charge for housekeeping services. These mandatory charges which will be posted to the individual's folio are separate and distinct from the room rate and room taxes and are subject to change.

The Fairmont Kea Lani also charges a reduced $40 daily resort fee (discounted from $50) that includes:

• 10% discount on Fairmont logo merchandise in Makana Market + Cafe
• Daily basic internet access
• Unlimited North America Long Distance calls (Canada and America)
• In-suite bottled water (two), replenished daily
• Daily Inspire Your Energy fitness classes
• Pool and beach amenities including sunscreen and after sun care

• 1-hour snorkel equipment rental (2 sets per suite per day, resort use only)
• Hawaiian Canoe Experience (A 24 hour cancelation policy applies with a “no show” fee of $65 per guest)
• Weekly Cultural Activities (see the Resort Activity Guide for seasonal offerings)
• Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless receive Premium internet service. ALL – Accor Live Limitless Platinum members receive $20 Spa credit on any treatment booked.

Fitness classes, snorkel rentals, Hawaiian Canoe Experience and cultural activities are subject to space availability.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Hotel Cancelation Policy: Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay. For reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room revenue to be billed to the individual credit card on file.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo Clinic School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Parking

The Fairmont Kea Lani offers overnight valet parking for $40 per night per car. Self-parking (1 vehicle per suite or villa) is included in the $40 daily resort charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Travel & Ground Transportation

The Fairmont Kea Lani is located approximately 17 miles (30 minutes) from the Kahului Airport (OGG). The Fairmont Kea Lani does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Eight major rental car companies are represented at the Kahului Airportand are located just past the end of the baggage claim area. Avis Car Rental is also available on-site at the Fairmont Kea Lani. A oneway taxi fare to the Fairmont Kea Lani is approximately $70, and one-way private sedan fares accommodating up to 3 people begin at $269 USD.
