Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate:

Standard Single Occupancy Room:  €360 per night 

Note: This rate includes breakfast for one guest. For double occupancy, an additional charge of €25 per night applies to guests over 12 years of age. Group block rooms include either one queen or one king bed. Rooms with two beds are available for an additional supplemental fee of €90 per night. Rollaway beds are available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional €45 per night. Maximum occupancy for most rooms is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age.

Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.  To secure these special rates, reservations must be made on or before March 25, 2026. After this date, reservations will be subject to availability.  

Hotel room rates are subject to all applicable taxes and services charges at the time of check-in. The special group rates will apply three days prior to and three days post course, based on availability. 

Conference room capacity is limited, so we strongly encourage early registration. To avoid potential issues, we recommend not finalizing hotel or travel plans until you receive electronic confirmation of your registration.

Making Reservations

To secure your reservation, use our exclusive booking link, call the hotel directly at +353 (0) 1 645 1148, or email the reservations team at reservations@thecollegegreenhotel.com. Be sure to mention the group name "Mayo Clinic 2026" to receive the special group rates. Reservations must be made by March 25, 2026, to guarantee these rates, subject to availability. After this date, bookings will be accepted based on space and rate availability. The room block often reaches full capacity months before the start of the course, so we strongly recommend booking early to ensure your stay. 

GUARANTEE, CANCELATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. For any reservation canceled within 30 days of arrival, the individual will be responsible for 100% of the room charges. No-shows will also be charged in full.

The College Green Hotel Dublin is located approximately 15 minutes from the Dublin Airport (DUB).

• Taxis are available at the airport 24/7 directly outside both terminals
• There are many rental car companies at Dublin Airport, including Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, National, and Alamo

Parking

Valet parking is available for our overnight guests, €35 for 24 hours. Please contact concierge@thecollegegreenhotel.com to reserve your parking space. The designated drop-off area is located on Fleet Street, at the side of the Hotel.
