Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.

Reservations can be made online or by calling 1 (561) 582-2800. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Gynecologic and Breast Imaging Review course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made by Sunday, September 5, 2027, and will be based on availability. The hotel will honor the group rate three (3) days pre and post, based on group room availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first and second night's room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. These discounted rooms fill VERY quickly and always prior to the reservation deadline. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment. 

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. 

There is a daily resort fee of $20, reduced from $50.

Cancellation of Reservations - If an individual guest cancels their reservation less than 3 weeks prior to the course main arrival date (September 26), Hotel will charge first and last night room and tax to individual guest, with the exception of family or medical emergencies.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel & Ground Transportation

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is approximately 10 miles (16 kilometres) from the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach – about a 20-minute drive. Click here to see more information on nearby airports. The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach does not provide airport shuttle service, however, several rental car companies are represented at the airports.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

Valet parking is currently available for $50 per car, per day, plus tax. No self parking is offered. Rates are subject to change.
