Lodging Accommodations

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler at the special course rate of $715 CAD per night.

When making your reservation, please indicate your participation in the Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology Course. To secure the special course rate, your hotel reservation must be made before January 22, 2027.

Radiology CME kindly requests that attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible. Registration is required to take advantage of the group rate. Please contact our office at:  RadiologyCME@mayo.edu to inquire about the availability of additional rooms should you need more than one room.  Early reservations are strongly advised.

The hotel will provide the group rate for guests arriving February 18 through February 26, 2027 (two days before and after the course dates), subject to availability. Due to the President’s Day holiday the week prior, availability may be more limited before the course, with greater availability after. Please note an important update to the course schedule. In previous years, Sunday included both a welcome reception and CME sessions. This year, Sunday will feature the welcome reception only, with no CME content scheduled. Educational sessions will begin Monday morning. 

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. If a third adult stays in the room, an additional surcharge of $50.00 per room per night, plus applicable taxes and fees will be applied. However, children under the age of 18 staying in their parents’ room do not incur any additional charges. All room rates are subject to all applicable taxes and fees. 

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel & Ground Transportation

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is located 84 miles north of the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), which services most national and international airlines and is the main airport servicing Whistler. While the hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the Vancouver International Airport to the resort, a myriad of transportation options are available. For information regarding the airport to Whistler shuttle, please contact YVR Whistler SkyLynx.

Parking: The cost for overnight valet parking is $48.00CAD per car, per night plus 5% GST. Hourly parking for guests is $5.00 per car, per hour, plus 5% GST.
