When making your reservation, please indicate your participation in the  Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology 2025 Course . To secure the special course rate, your hotel reservation must be made before Friday, January 3, 2025, and is subject to availability. Although reservations can be made after the specified deadline, they will be subject to the hotel’s room availability and higher room rates may apply. We strongly advise you secure your preferred accommodation by making your reservations early, as the hotel room block may reach maximum capacity. By reserving timely, you can prevent any inconvenience or potential unavailability of rooms.

The hotel will provide the negotiated special course rate for guests arriving on January 29 through February 8, 2025 (two (2) days before and after the course dates). This offer is subject to availability. For room reservations outside these dates, availability may be limited and higher room rates may apply.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel & Ground Transportation

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is located 84 miles north of the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), which services most national and international airlines and is the main airport servicing Whistler. While the hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the Vancouver International Airport to the resort, a myriad of transportation options are available. For information regarding the airport to Whistler shuttle, please contact YVR Whistler SkyLynx.

Parking: The cost for overnight valet parking is $30.00 per car, per night plus 5% GST. Hourly parking for guests is $5.00 per car, per hour, plus 5% GST.

Cross-Country Skiing: Discover a scenic network of cross-country trails spanning more than 28 kilometers (17.5 miles) that wind through the enchanting surroundings of Lost Lake and the Callaghan Valley.
