Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate.

Resort Tower Rooms: $625 per night 

Please note that the nightly rate includes the daily resort fee when making a reservation. Attendees will receive a discounted daily resort fee of $70, which will be applied during the check-in process. 

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman with special course rates. Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible. Please contact our office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room. To receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Tuesday, October 3, 2028, and will be based on availability.  Reservations made after this date will be based on space and rate availability.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges at check-in. Group rates apply three days before and after the course, based on availability. Each room may accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children, with up to two children under 18 staying free. Rollaway and crib charges may apply.

A reduced resort fee of $70 per night, plus tax, includes a variety of services and activities for your enjoyment. Fees and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Making Reservations

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly 1-345-943-9000 or by using the unique booking link which will be added in the future. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Neuroradiology 2028 course when making your reservation. To receive the special group rates, reservations must be made on or before Tuesday, October 3, 2028, and will be based on availability. Please note that it is not unusual for the hotel to be fully booked by August. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Travel & Ground Transportation

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is located approximately 15 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM). The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available. Most major rental car companies operate just a short walk from the airport terminal. Taxi cabs are also available. 

Driving in the Caymans: Please note that traffic flow in Grand Cayman is left-hand traffic, and traffic must keep to the left side of the road. An International Driver’s Permit (IDP) is not required.

Parking

Valet parking is included in the resort fee. Self-parking is also available and is complimentary. 

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
