Course Description & Intended Audience

Mayo Clinic Diagnostic Imaging Update is a post-graduate course designed to provide practicing radiologists, residents and fellows-in-training with a review of state-of-the-art imaging techniques. Back by popular demand from our previous participants, we have dedicated specific days for in-depth exploration of key topics, including abdominal, breast, chest, MSK, neuro, ultrasound, and more!  

Course Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the role of PSMA PET CT in evaluating prostate carcinoma 
  • Assess the role of imaging in the diagnosis and management of oncologic emergencies
  • Evaluate pre- and postoperative imaging of shoulder and hip arthroplasty
  • Summarize  recent updates in PET imaging, therapeutic approaches, and diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer’s disease
  • Analyze imaging patterns in interstitial lung disease
