Course Description & Intended Audience

The Practical Neuroradiology: Excellence in Action conference is designed to provide valuable insights, practical knowledge, and awareness of advancements in neuroradiology to enhance the expertise and skills of participants. Attendees will delve into a wide range of prevalent brain, head/neck, and spine disorders to deepen their understanding of neuroradiology through clinically focused presentations and active participation in interactive case-based imaging reviews. At this meeting, participants will enjoy a rewarding learning experience and enhance their skills in the field of neuroradiology.

Practical Neuroradiology: Excellence in Action is designed for the practicing radiologist whose work involves neuroradiology, and professionals in the neuroradiological sciences, neurosurgery, neurology, and related fields.

Course Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the latest advances in nuclear and molecular imaging relevant to dementia.
  • Define updates to the WHO classification for gliomas and their molecular classifications.
  • Review Skull Base Osteomyelitis and Subarachnoid Hemorrhages
  • Define the role of molecular profiling in classifying pediatric spinal tumors
  • Compare the use of FDG and DOTATATE PET in evaluating different head and neck malignancies.
