If calling to make your reservation, please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Body MRI 2023 course. Please note that service charges and taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Friday, October 6, 2023 and will be based on availability. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability. The group rate will be honored three (3) days pre and post event dates, based on group room availability. We highly encourage you to make your room reservations early to avoid disappointment.

Resort guestrooms are subject to a discounted $30.00 daily resort fee in effect at the time of check in. This fee will cover several amenities which at this time include:

• Enhanced high speed guest room internet for up to six devices
• Mountain bike rental at Grande Lakes Sports (two bikes, one hour per day, per room)
• Transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Disney theme parks
• Driving range privileges
• Daily recreational activities
• Complimentary access to 24-hour fitness center for registered guests (spa pool and services are excluded)

Currently, porterage gratuities are $14.00 per person round trip, and housekeeping gratuities are $5.00 per day. These fees are subject to change without notice and will be at the individual guests’ discretion.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Hotel Cancelation policy: To avoid a first and last night room (and tax if applicable by law) charge, reservations must be canceled at least (30) thirty days prior to Sunday, October 29, 2023. 

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

On-site valet parking is available for a discounted daily fee of $35 plus applicable taxes. Self-parking is not offered. These rates are subject to change.

Travel

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is located approximately 10 miles from the Orlando Airport (MCO). The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other airport transportation options are available. Ten major rental car companies are represented at Orlando Airport and are located in Terminal A and Terminal B on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). Transportation is available for $61 USD from the airport to the hotel and $46 USD from the hotel to the airport. Please contact the hotel Concierge at (407) 393-4060 for more information regarding transportation options.
