Lodging

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate.

Run of House Suites: $489 per night

Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our office (RadiologyCME@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.  

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges at check-in. Special group rates are available up to three days before and after the course, based on availability. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, with a maximum of four guests per room. A $50 nightly fee applies for each additional adult starting with the third adult. Children 18 and under stay complimentary when sharing a room with parents (up to two adults and two children per room).  

Guests staying within the room block will enjoy a reduced daily resort fee of $35.00 per room, per night, plus applicable tax, which includes (inclusions subject to change without notice):

• Overnight self-parking for one vehicle
• Daily fitness classes
• Daily cultural programming
• Hawaiian canoe experience** (limited space available, reservations required - a 24-hour cancellation policy applies with a "no show" fee of $65 per guest)
• Pool and beach amenities including sunscreen and after-sun care

• Experience session with Pacific Dream Photography (reservatons required, photos available for purchase)
• Access to PressReader for thousands of newspapers and magazines from around the world

Making Reservations

Reservations can be made by calling +1-800-659-4100 and referencing the "Mayo Clinic 2029 Neuroradiology " course and meeting dates at the time of booking.  The special group rate will be available from October 18 to October 28, 2029, based on availability. In order to receive these special rates, reservations must by made on or before September 20, 2029. It is not unusual for the hotel to be fully booked by early August. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment.  

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS: All Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for the full night's stay. For reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for 100% of room revenue to be billed to the individual credit card on file.

Travel & Ground Transportation

The Fairmont Kea Lani is located 17 miles from the Kahului Airport (OGG). Travel time is approximately 30 minutes by car from the airport to the Fairmont Kea Lani. Fairmont Kea Lani staff are happy to assist you with information regarding pricing or reservations for airport transfer, car rentals or transportation services, please contact the concierge at +1-808-875-2290 or email info@kealani.com. Avis is available daily, 7:00 am until 11:00 am, located next to the Concierge desk at the Fairmont Kea Lani.

Parking

Self-parking is included in the resort fee.  Valet parking is available for $59 per night.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
