Group room rates are subject to state and local taxes. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, with an additional charge of $50 plux tax per extra guest over 18 years old.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel's reservations department directly at 866-475-2567. Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic 2028 Radiation Oncology Course when making your reservation.  To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made on or before Thursday, December 16, 2027, and will be based on availability. The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay will be happy to extend the group rate three days prior and 3 days after the official contract dates, based on availability. 

Guaranted reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.  Please note that it is not unusual for the hotel to be fully booked by October. Early reservations are HIGHLY encouraged to avoid disappointment. 

Cancelled Reservations and NO Shows. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first and last night's room rate and tax. No-shows will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation with the exception of family or medical emergencies. 

There is a discounted daily resort fee of $35.00 (discounted from $52) per room per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which include:
