Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at a special course rate.  Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible.  Please contact our CME office (radiologycme@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.

In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Friday, June 2, 2023 and will be based on availability.  Reservations made after this date will be based on space and rate availability.

Coastal View Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at a special course rate of $399 per night. 

The daily resort fee of $40 has been reduced to $25 which includes:

• Enhanced Wireless In-room Internet Access for up to 5 Devices
• Local, Toll-free and Domestic Long-Distance Phone Calls
• Fitness Class of the Day
• Bicycle usage for up to two bikes, for 2 hours
• Golf Club Driving Range Balls and use of Golf Practice Facilities
• Tennis Court privileges, including racquet and balls, for one hour
• Beach umbrella (one per room)
• Beach Boogie Board (one per room)

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Radiology at Amelia Island Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made on or before Friday, June 2, 2023, and will be based on availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The room block is sold out. Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  If an individual cancels his/her reservation less than 14 days prior to the group's main arrival date (Sunday, June 11, 2023), the hotel will charge the first and last night room rate (and tax if applicable by law) to the individual.  

The above reservation cancellation deadline is different from the Hotel's standard procedure which is currently based on a 7-day cancellation deadline and has been established at Mayo Clinic's request.

Hotel check-in/check out
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is located approximately 30 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport.  Please contact The Ritz concierge desk at 904-321-5019 to inquire about transportation options and fees. Rental car companies are also represented at the airports.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

Valet parking rate of $35 reduced to $25 per car, per night (plus sales tax, self-parking not available). Rates are subject to change.
