NOTE: Radiology CME kindly requests attendees limit the number of guest rooms reserved to a single room, when possible. Please contact our CME office (radiologycme@mayo.edu) to inquire about the availability of additional rooms, should you need more than one room.
In order to receive these special rates, reservations must be made on or before Friday, May 9, 2025 and will be based on availability. Reservations made after this date will be based on space and rate availability.

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Radiology at Amelia Island Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made on or before Friday, May 9, 2025, and will be based on availability.
Guaranteed Reservations and Cancellation policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If an individual cancels his/her reservation less than 14 days prior to the group's main arrival date (Saturday, June 5, 2027), the hotel will charge the first and last night room rate (and tax if applicable by law) to the individual. Additionally, if a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the individual's scheduled arrival date, any previously paid first-night room deposit will be forfeited.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
