Coastal View Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests at a special course rate of $309 per night. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per day for each additional person over age 18 and/or over two people in a guestroom.  Based on availability, guaranteed Double Bedded rooms are available for an additional $50.00 per night; guaranteed King Bedded rooms are available for an additional $30.00 per night.  The maximum number of people per guestroom is four (4).  Maximum of two (2) children under the age of eighteen (18) per room are complimentary.  There will be an additional charge of $100.00 per room for each additional person (over two people) in Club Level Rooms.  Charges for roll-a-ways and cribs may apply.  Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. 

The daily resort fee of $45 has been reduced to $10 which includes:

• Reservoir water park access at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort (up to four guests per room)
• Enhanced Wi-Fi access
• Two beach chairs and towel service
• One beach umbrella
• One Fitness or Yoga Class Daily
• Two hour rental of two resort bicycles
• Access to the V.U.E.
• Driving range access at Tiburon Golf Club with complimentary shuttle service to and from The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples.

Please identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Women’s Imaging Review Course when making your reservation. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made prior to Thursday, November 3, 2022, and will be based on availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. These discounted rooms fill quickly and usually prior to the reservation deadline. Early reservations are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment. 

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  If an individual cancels his/her reservation less than 14 days prior to the Group's main arrival date (November 18, 2022), the hotel will charge the first and last night room rate (and tax if applicable by law) to the individual.  

The above reservation cancellation deadline is different from the Hotel's standard procedure which is currently based on a 7-day cancellation deadline and has been established at Mayo Clinic's request.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Travel and Ground Transportation

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples is located approximately 25 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) located in Fort Myers, FL and two hours from the Miami International Airport (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL).  The Ritz-Carlton, Naples does not provide airport shuttle service. The estimated taxi fare from RSW is $69.33. Rental car companies are also represented at the airports.

Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office and the Mayo School of CPD are not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Parking

Valet parking only.  Valet parking is discounted from $33 to $22 per car, per day. Rates are subject to change.
